Michael Andrewartha, who co-founded Mother Vine in 2014 and co-owns neighbouring East End Cellars, said, “After 28 years in this magnificent location, my partners and I have decided to sell our much-loved wine bar, Mother Vine.

“Mother Vine is the creation of an accumulative decades of experience with food and wine, new, old and experimental, and it’s ready for its next chapter.

Mother Vine’s current five-year lease runs to 23 July 2026 and includes two further five-year lease terms. Current rental is $143,772 per annum plus GST, and current outgoings $25,272 per annum plus GST.
